    We can’t thank Richard Green enough for all his help. He was incredibly responsive, pragmatic, calm and reassuring throughout, making a stressful time so much easier for us.

I messaged him on 1st September to say we’d had an offer on our house, and by 3rd September, our mortgage offer was in place! His efficiency was amazing and really helped ease our stress and anxiety.

His fees were also very reasonable, and we honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much for everything!

    We returned to Exe Mortgages when our original mortgage deal came to an end as they were so good the first time around (when we were first time buyers).
