We’re mortgage advisers directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and independently owned. As we’re free of any network or lender ties, we can access the whole market to source the right mortgage or insurance product. We offer clear and impartial mortgage advice based on your unique requirements.
Exe Mortgages began from a kitchen table in East Devon and quickly grew into a team of experienced mortgage brokers. We’ve long outgrown the kitchen table and now work from our office in a beautiful, converted barn near Honiton in Devon. We all share the same values our founder, David Grimshaw, began with – a genuine desire to help our clients and get them the mortgage they need with minimal fuss. Wherever you are based and whatever mortgage you need, we’ll do everything possible to help you achieve your property ownership goals.
